VAT and customs duties
Sending in countries not subject to VAT, including overseas territories is done with the export rebate. The calculation is automatic to your cart when you select your country of shipment.
You do not pay us 19.6% VAT.
But beware, all customs fees if any are your responsibility.

ORDER TRACKING
Shipments are made Monday through Friday (except holidays).

Once your package will be shipped by us, you will be notified by e-mail.
To enable you to check the traceability of your order, we will send you your parcel numbers Colissimo.

DELIVERY
Except as otherwise provided by the customer, delivery is made at the customer has indicated in his order.
The customer can specify if he wants a delivery address different from his.
In the case of incorrect or incomplete information which led to the inability of the carrier to make delivery, a second delivery will be made after returning the carrier of the goods, this on payment of the amount of new pre-shipping of the client.
In the absence of the recipient, a receipt will be deposited in the mailbox by the postman. It will retrieve the package in the post office nearest you, within 15 days following the filing of the receipt.



VERIFICATION OF THE GOODS DELIVERED
Upon receipt of an order by colissimo and that it was damaged (torn cardboard, drilled, bent, etc.). You must refuse the package and the package declaration as deteriorated to near your post office and confirm these reservations to the Little Company SARL You by registered mail with return receipt within 3 days of receipt of goods.
In case of refusal of delivery by the customer, it will be refunded the amount of the order less any shipping costs incurred in the delivery.

RETURNS
Regarding merchandise returns, applications must be submitted for Little You by email contact@littleyou.fr for acceptance.
You get 7 days provided for in Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, to return a product that you are not satisfied. Within this period you can return the product at your expense, along with your invoice.
Only items will be accepted in new condition and complete (labels, accessories, manuals ...), returned in their original packaging. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged in conditions exceeding the simple opening, will not be refunded.
The delivered items must be returned at customer's expense and under its responsibility, leaving it to him to carry out transport insurance, in perfect condition for resale in their original packaging.
Little SARL You will do anything to reimburse the User as soon as possible.

 
REFUND

When returning your item, you can choose to be paid via a bank transfer or via paypal to receive a voucher for the value of returned items.

Note: The items that received a promotion can not be refunded. They will receive a voucher for the value of returned goods.

Items on sale will be returned or exchanged and may not benefit from any refund.
